Welcome to New York City Opera. At the visitor's center, we will introduce you to the company, and hopefully answer any questions you might have in preparation for attending a performance. From information about New York City Opera, to directions on how to get here, to purchasing tickets, to tours, programs and lectures, we hope this section provides the basic information you need to make an informed decision about attending the opera.
At City Opera, we believe that the more information you have in advance, the better your opera going experience will be. And, we believe a City Opera experience begins well in advance of the actual performance: it begins with the first communications you have from us to the time you leave the theater. And, we strive to make this experience the best that it can be.
